File application with the USPTO and provide appropriate specimens to show use.... Respond to any office actions, provide any additional information, and then the USPTO will publish the mark. Looking out over 2020, and I think we can all say SHEWWWW what a year. But I still have plenty to be thankful for. Extra time with my children, making new friends, wonderful clients and colleagues who continue to support my business, and growth in business. I moved into a new office and added a new area of law. I grew my team from one lawyer at the kitchen table to a receptionist and paralegal. I learned how to lawyer on zoom and how to make sure I press that mute button whe...n I’m yelling at my kids to get back on virtual school and stop fighting. May 2021 bring you and your families peace and happiness. May we all never forget what 2020 taught us, and may we all forge ahead to create and find happiness wherever we are in 2021.
