We are very proud to announce a new partnership with the Julian Center Shelter of Indianapolis. The Center is doing great work within our community to aid victims of domestic abuse and violence, and beginning this September we will be volunteering legal advice and advocacy for these victims.

The Watanabe Law Group. P.C., is proud to announce our new interactive Spanish version of our website. The features include complete Spanish translations, fully interactive menus and drop down options, and a mobile version of the site. With this new iteration of our site we hope to reduce language as a barrier to accessing justice in Indiana.

If you really feel strongly that your child support needs to be adjusted, please DO NOT adjust it yourself. You do not want to have to explain to your judge why you took it upon yourself to change the amount you pay. You especially do not want to have to figure out how you are going to pay every last cent that you didn’t pay in addition to what your order says you must. Only the court can adjust the amount of your child support through a modification order.
