Good news for Landlords as new 'Nightingale Courts' are announced in order to help reduce the backlog of housing possession cases. Ten sites have already been confirmed across England and Wales with more expected to follow!

Major setback for Welsh landlords as the Welsh Government extends the eviction notice period from 3 to 6 months. The Landlord Group's Chris Sharpe says "This is hugely disappointing and Welsh landlords who have previously delayed serving eviction notices are now strongly encouraged to do so, particularly where the issues or rent arrears predate the covid-19 crisis".
