Today is a very special day for us. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 20% of businesses fail within their first year in business and roughly 50% of businesses fail within their first five years. Exactly five years ago today, Tenant Law Group (originally, Toscano Law Group) opened its doors. Although we’ve experienced our ups and downs like any other small business, the ups have outnumbered the downs, and we’re very proud of what we’ve achieved.... Not only has our growth allowed us to provide jobs for twenty-eight (soon to be thirty) team members from around the world, it has also allowed us to help a diverse array of Californians experiencing issues with their tenancyfrom startup founders to undocumented immigrants, from professionals to blue collar works, and from single mothers to senior citizens. We created a short video retrospective to commemorate this milestone. Here’s to the next five years of service to California renters.
