In our on going ATTORNEY profiles, who is JONATHAN WILDER? Where is he from? Jonathan Wilder was born and raised in the head of Muncy Creek in Leslie County. His father was a coal miner until he got caught in a rock fall that nearly crippled him. Watching his father and mother go back to school after his father was unable to work in the coal mines taught him to the value of education. His father continued on to get his Doctorate and worked in various administrative positi...ons in education and his mother became the principal at the same grade school she grew up in. Jonathan went to Stinnett Elementary and graduated from Leslie County high School. After high school Jonathan worked his way through college at Eastern Kentucky University by working full time at Winn-Dixie. After graduating from Eastern Jonathan went to NKU Chase College of Law where he worked for the Children's Law Center amongst other places. Jonathan passed the bar in 2011 and joined the Law Office of David A. Johnson. Aside from the practice of law, Jonathan is passionate about the outdoors and his beautiful wife Brittany and two year old daughter Mia.
