Our People

At The Law Shack we pride ourselves on having a team of highly trained, industry leading lawyers with years of experience across a range of areas of law. We all share a common desire to make great legal advice accessible to more Australians. In fact, most of the team were involved in the planning of The Law Shack concept for almost a year before it was launched.

But more importantly, the team are all 100% committed to delivering great service to our clients – because we care about what we do!

Our People

Andrew Wiltshire – CEO

Andrew brings a wealth of experience to The Law Shack, both as a lawyer and as a Managing Director and CEO of law firms. In addition to his role at the Law Shack Andrew continues to be the Managing Director at Wiltshire Family Law, a legal practice which he founded in 2006.

As a result of his commitment to client satisfaction and achieving great results, Wiltshire Family Law has grown to become the largest specialist family law firm in Queensland. Andrew brings this expertise and commitment with him to The Law Shack.

Andrew practised exclusively in the area of family and relationship law throughout his legal career and gained wide recognition from clients and his peers with respect to his expertise and fierce representation in complex property and parenting disputes. As a result, Andrew developed a strong client and referrer base across Australia. He continues to be regularly invited to share his knowledge with a variety of legal and financial organisations.

The decision to establish The Law Shack was based on Andrew’s genuine desire to make the highest level of legal representation accessible to all hardworking Australians; who until now, were either walking away from their rights or taking the matter on themselves due to their inability to afford conventional legal services.

Andrew was raised on the Gold Coast and is passionate about his community. He is a proud sponsor of several charities including the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation and the Northcliffe Surf Life Saving Club.
